Terms of UseBy using Writezilla.org you agree the the Terms of Use outlined below. This addendum concerns Writezilla.org, an affiliate program of iGoMogul.com and its policy regarding plagiarism. Please read through the following conditions thoroughly, making sure you understand the consequences should your submissions prove to be in violation of this policy. The writing opportunities offered by Writezilla are part of an extensive freelance writing program. Ethics, honesty, and dedication are the foundations of a successful professional program, and together comprise the very core Writezilla itself. As such, Writezilla has a strict zero-tolerance policy against plagiarism. Plagiarism is defined as the misattribution of someone else's original work in part or in whole as your own by any means. This includes copy-pasting content from other websites, blogs, or other publications, direct paraphrasing, purchasing content from essay, term paper, article and/or press websites, and other such acts. Plagiarism is not just unethical, it's illegal. Any writer found to be guilty of willfully plagiarizing their submissions in part or in whole will be dismissed from the program. If our editing staff discovers a single plagiarized submission, your account will be disabled. We will then issue to you an invoice in the amount of $20 for each article for which you have been compensated through Writezilla, even if only one is found to have been plagiarized. This means that if you have been paid for five submissions through Writezilla and our editing staff identifies any as plagiarized work, you will be sent an invoice for $100. The $20 per-article-fee covers the costs for the extra time our company has to spend rectifying the damage that plagiarism causes. If you are found guilty of plagiarizing content for Writezilla and fail to pay the amount on the invoice in full within thirty days, your debt will be sent to a collections agency and will appear as delinquent on your credit score. Writezilla is a program founded on the ideals that anyone can improve their writing abilities and turn them into a marketable skill as long as they are dedicated, honest, and ethical. Failure to comply with our high standards of morality as well as the letter of the law is not just an inconvenience to our company, it is a reflection of unwillingness on the part of the individual to commit to bettering his/her skills and to making money through the many opportunities that Writezilla and iGoMogul offer. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, so please check for changes periodically. | ||||
